No. While IGNITE! Central is powered by Salesforce, you don’t need prior Salesforce experience. You’ll work with everyday functions like dashboards, data filtering, task management, and email communication. IGNITE! Central handles the complex Salesforce backend, system configuration, and troubleshooting. If you need changes or run into issues, you can submit a support ticket and our team will take care of it.
Is IGNITE! Central just for nonprofits?
No. IGNITE! Central supports nonprofits, social enterprises, and mission-driven organizations at various stages. The system is configured based on your structure, goals, and operational needs, not your legal status.
How does pricing work if every organization is different?
We start with a base monthly rate, then customize pricing based on your organization’s size, complexity, and any additional services needed. Final pricing is confirmed after your discovery call.
Is there a long-term contract?
