Central handles the complex Salesforce backend, system configuration, and troubleshooting. If you need changes or run into issues, you can submit a support ticket and our team will take care of it.

No. IGNITE! Central supports nonprofits, social enterprises, and mission-driven organizations at various stages. The system is configured based on your structure, goals, and operational needs, not your legal status.

How does pricing work if every organization is different?

We start with a base monthly rate, then customize pricing based on your organization’s size, complexity, and any additional services needed. Final pricing is confirmed after your discovery call.
